ExcludeContactsByNetEase

(Exclude Contacts List by NetEase.)
loginEmail: Login Email Of Spread.
APIKey: Login Password of Spread or APIKey API Key which you can retrieve from your Spread account (My account=> Settings).
contacts: contacts list.
isNetEase: is it net ease
